• What are the prerequisites for the C-IQ for Coaches training program?

Our program will contain a range of significant materials – from neuroscience research to coaching frameworks, tools and insights. We will stay at that level of science vs. practical applications, however if you have not yet had some form of coaching experience with clients you might experience challenges with starting out – of course it depends on your level of enthusiasm for learning. In general there are no prerequisites and if you’re committed to excellence and keen to be part of this revolutionary program, you are already a perfect match.

• Will there be audio recordings of the session in case I can’t attend the live trainings?

Yes, absolutely!

All of the sessions will be recorded, transcribed, and made accessible to you in our beautiful C-IQ membership area.

• How much time will I need to invest to be successful in the program?

Each session (7) is about 90 minutes. There is follow-up work that we want you to do, to test out – to experiment with. So if you can invest 90 minutes a week, you will cover the basics of the program but if you want to get the most value, we recommend scheduling an additional 2 hours per week to fully immerse yourself in the content.

• I have read Judith’s book on Conversational Intelligence - will there be new material in the program?

Yes! This is a full immersion specifically designed to cater to the needs of coaches who are striving for excellence. • What are the primary differences between the 6 month program and the full certification?

We are planning a three phase process. The first phase is going to give people the C-IQ Essentials. This is the 7 Part program (90 minutes each). The next is in parallel for people who want to get more involved in using some of our Conversational Catalysts tools and to have some Conversational Intelligence Rituals to Experiment with. The last part is a full Certification for people who work in and with companies and want to bring C-IQ inside of the companies. This would be a 3+ months program with much more hands-on facilitation training. These people will be able to go into companies and facilitate Team Interventions with C-IQ as well as Organizational Transformations.
